Terms of Service
‣ My commissions open on a First Come First Serve slots basis — I can only be commissioned if you claim a slot through DMs.
‣ If you are unsure of how to calculate the total price for a commission you would like, you can consult me for a free calculation.
‣ The client must pay 40% of the total price after a confirmed sketch WIP.
‣ Any major revisions during development the client requests will add $15 per revision to the remaining payment.
‣ Once the commission is fully complete, I will notify you and send a low-res version. The client must pay the remaining 60% + additional major revisions in order to get the full quality commission.
‣ Both initial and final payments from the client are expected within 24 hours after the invoice was sent. The commission will not be continued or sent unless done so.
‣ Once a commission is fully paid, I will send you the finished commission via an Imgur link to retain it's quality.
‣ The client may reupload the finished image with credit given to me, "B5M3", in the form of a link to my Toyhouse account, b5m3_ppt.‣ Please allow 2 weeks to 3 months of time for me to work on a commission.
‣ A due date can be discussed if you would like a commission to be completed sooner than my turnaround time above, free of charge, if requested.
‣ Monetary payment is Paypal invoice only. I accept USD or GBP.
‣ The artwork cannot be used for NFTs, commercially or claimed as your own content. It can however, be freely used for anything else outside of those.
‣ I reserve the right to cancel or refuse a commission with no explanation required.
‣ If a client has already paid, a cancellation from me will result in a full refund , regardless of how much progress I have.

NOTE: This type of commission requires a significantly higher skill output compared to the other types, which may take longer than the turnaround time stated in my ToS.
While I will try my best to work on this type of commission, I cannot guarantee its completion and thus encourage you to spam DM me for progress as much as possible, to my benefit and yours.

A more complex, non-looping animated scene, which includes an animated character and optional animated props/background or audio, with a base duration of up to 4 seconds on 24 FPS.
‣ Choice of Macromedia Flash 8, Clip Studio Paint, or Toon Boom Harmony as an animation program.
‣ Base Price includes up to 4 seconds (96 frames), 1 simple/lineless character and an optional single coloured background.
‣ Character may only be full-body, flat-coloured and non-shaded (as of 01/08/2022).
‣ A complex background can be added for this type of commission. Single coloured backgrounds are optional and free.
‣ Dimensions of the animation (aspect ratio) are entirely up to the client and free of charge.
‣ Price increases with the complexity of movement, character design(s) AND duration of animation.

‣ For Closed Species customs, please provide the species reference sheet.
‣ If applicable, you must own a valid MYO to use my design on for a Closed Species custom.
‣ All full-bodies are flat-coloured only.
‣ Colour palette can be added on the side for free if requested.
